White Chocolate Protein Buttermilk Bars by @purely_healthy_living

You HAVE to try these #highprotein and #glutenfree White Chocolate & Cinnamon Protein Buttermilk bars! Super creamy and easy to make… hard not to drool or to resist!

Ingredients (serves 9)
Base
- 1 cup of pea protein (or almond flour)
- 2/3 cup of egg whites
- 1/2 cup of @rxsugar alullose
Buttermilk filling
- 1 cup of organic #buttermilk (used @kalonasupernatural_milk_dairy )
- 1/2 cup of greek yogurt (used @twogoodyogurt )
- 1/2 cup of @rxsugar alullose
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup of @prozis 100% whey protein in white chocolate
- 3 eggs
Method
1. Preheat the oven at 350F.
2. Mix the ingredients for the base and spread over a 8x8 silicone baking dish
3. Blend the ingredients for the buttermilk filling and top the base with it.
4. Bake for 45 minutes.
5. Serve with @rxsugar cinnamon keto certified cinnamon syrup
