Grilled Shrimp With Chopped Salad

Recipe:

Peanut Sauce (made in a mason jar):
- 1/4 cup unsweetened, organic peanut butter
- 1/4 cup sesame oil

- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp umami blend seasoning
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh chopped cilantro

Add everything to a mason jar and shake it all up! Adjust for taste by adding extra RX syrup for sweetness or sesame oil for depth. Too thick? Add warm water to reach your perfect consistency!

Grilled Shrimp:
- Fresh raw shrimp

- Grill on medium heat until cooked through

Chopped Salad:

- 1 sliced jalapeño
- Seeded cucumber slices
- Chopped cilantro
