Ingredients (serves 1)
* 2 pieces of #lowcarb bread (used @eatroyo - PURELYHL for discount)
* 1/4 cup of egg whites
* 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
* 1 tsp of vanilla extract
* 2 tbsp of @rxsugar keto maple syrup
* 2 slices of @pedersonsfarms bacon
* 1/2 tbsp of low carb #DarkChocolate chips
* More Keto Maple Syrup to serve
Method
1. Cook your bacon in a skillet for 8 minutes on medium heat.
2. Mix the ingredients for the French toast and snack each slice in the mix.
3. Cook in a skillet greased with #realbutter and cook for 4 minutes in low heat for each side. Repeat with the other bread.
4. Serve with maple syrup, chocolate chips and bacon.
