Cinnamon rolls + French toast… the perfect sweet recipe you need to try! And guess what!? This French toast recipe is #lowsugar!🫶🏼
I used @rxsugar keto maple syrup along with some blended #alullose to create my own powdered sugar! A great #sugarfree alternative!♥️
Ingredients (serves 1)
* 2 pieces of cinnamon raisin sprouted bread (used @littlenorthernbakehouse )
* 1/4 cup of egg whites
* 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
* 1 tbsp of @rxsugar keto maple syrup
* 1 tsp of vanilla extract
For the Glaze
* 1/2 cup of blended @rxsugar alullose
* 1 tbsp of 1 tbsp of @rxsugar keto maple syrup
* 2 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
Method
1. Mix the ingredients for the French toast and snack each slice in the mix.
2. Cook in a skillet greased with #realbutter and cook for 4 minutes in low heat for each side. Repeat with the other bread.
3. Mix the ingredients for the glaze and serve the French toast with it along with some extra raisins (optional) and enjoy!
