3 cups Almond Flour
1/2 cup RxSugar Crystal Sugar
2/3 cups Ghee or butter (softened)
2 tbsp Matcha Powder
4 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)
Put ghee or butter and matcha in a bowl first. Mix well. Add in other ingredients and mix well until all ingredients are combined.
Roll dough into 1/4 inch balls and flatten gently in a pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 - 17 minutes. The edges should look slightly brown just like the image.
