8 oz cream cheese (no room temperature ) 4 oz cold heavy cream4 tbsp sour cream¼ cup RxSugar® Crystal Sugar 1 tablespoon RxSugar® Organic Maple Syrup
Mix all ingredients together in using a hand or stand up mixed with the whisk attachment.
Keep mixing until you see high peaks.
Garnish with a little more RxSugar® Organic Maple Syrup and fruit, if desired.
