Purely Healthy Living Caramel Biscoff Protein Bars

Ingredients (serves 12)
Base:
* 2 cups of greek yogurt 
* 2 scoops of Collagen
* 1/4 cup of Nut Butter
* 3 scoops of Choc Caramel Protein 
* 1/4 cup of RxSugar keto friendly caramel syrup
* 8 Biscoff cookies
* 1/2 cup of oat milk or nut milk
Toppings:
* 1/2 cup of Keto Candied Pecans
* 4 Biscoff cookies

Method:
* Mix all the dry ingredients for the base.
* Pour in 2 silicone loaf dishes and add the toppings.
* Freeze overnight, cut into 12 slices.
* Enjoy!
