Ingredients
1 cup Blanched Almond Flour¼ cup Coconut Flour
4 tsp RxSugar®
1 tsp Gluten Free Baking Powder
5 Eggs
1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
¼ cup Avocado Oil
1 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ tsp Sea Salt
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth
- Preheat an oiled pan on stove over medium heat
- Drop batter onto the pan in circles
- Cover and cook for 1.5 – 2 mins until bubbles start to form
- Flip and cook for another 1.5 – 2 mins
- Repeat
