Here’s my recipe:
6 Ounces @choczero chocolate chips
2 TBSP @preferredketo chocolate collagen powder*
2 TBSP cocoa powder
1/2 C granulated sweetener @rxsugar
1 TSP vanilla extract
1 stick butter
Dash of salt
In a microwave safe bowl, add butter and chocolate chips. Melt in microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring frequently until smooth and melted. Whisk eggs until light and foamy, about 3-5 minutes. Slowly add in sweetener until combined. Mix in vanilla. Add half of your melted chocolate to your egg mixture and gently fold together. Add the remaining melted chocolate, collagen powder, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir together gently until batter is combined and no lumps. Grease and line a 6 inch cake pan, I used a springform pan for easy removal. Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes. The edges should look set and the middle will only be a tiny bit jiggly. Let cool and serve! You can dust with cocoa powder or powder sugar, even drizzle with chocolate.
*If you do not have the chocolate collagen powder, you can replace with more cocoa powder.
