#highprotein and #lowcarb pudding bars… creamy, flavorful, simply amazing! You need to try these bars for the New Years Eve!

Ingredients (serves 9)
Base
* 1 cup of low carb pancake mix
* 1/3 cup of egg whites
Caramel Pudding Mix
* 2 cups of @twogoodyogurt greek yogurt
* 1 pck of @simplydelishnatural Keto Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix (PURELYHL for discount)
* 2 tbsp of instant coffee
* 2 tbsp of keto caramel syrup (used @rxsugar )
* 1 tsp of vanilla extract
* 1/3 cup of alullose
Toppings
* 2 bars of @letsbakebelieve Low Carb Chocolate (used one of milk and one dark)

Method
* Preheat the oven at 350F.
* Mix all the ingredients for the base.
* Spread the mix in a silicone 8x8 dish.
* Bake for 18-22 minutes.
* Mix all the ingredients for the caramel pudding mix.
* Spread on top of the base already baked and cooled.
* Cut into 9 pieces.
* Melt carefully the chocolate and drizzle on top of the bars.
* Enjoy!
