Eggnog Gingerbread Stuffed French Toast by Purely_Healthy_Living on Instagram

Another fun use to your cookie cutter! Stuffed French toast; these ones are #lowsugar and with a nice French toast mix with EGGNOG and stuffed with @heyelavi superfood GINGER spice superfood cashew butter!✨

Ingredients (serves 1)
- 4 slices of low carb bread
- 1/4 cup of egg whites
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of eggnog (used @kalonasupernatural_milk_dairy )
- 3 tbsp of granulated #monkfruit
- 2 tbsp of @heyelavi ginger spice #superfood cashews butter
- Low carb maple syrup
- Sugar-free stars sprinkles✨
1. Pass a baking roller to each slice of bread and add 1 tbsp of the #ginger spice cashews butter on top of two slices of bread and top with the left slices.
2. Cut the bread with a #gingerbreadman cookie cutter.
3. Mix the egg whites, #eggnog, vanilla extract, and monk fruit in a bowl.
4. Cook in a coconut oil greased skillet 4 minutes each side.
5. Top with white @rxsugar maple syrup #keto and enjoy!
