This pound cake recipe is powered up by avocados, @happwayau caramel biscuit protein and NON of the sugar thanks to @rxsugar!🤘🏼
Ingredients
* 3 scoops of @happywayau Caramel Biscuit Protein ( happymaria for discount)
* 1 avocado
* 1 tsp of vanilla extract
* 1 tsp of baking powder
* 1 cup of @birchbenders low carb pancake mix
* 4 eggs
* 1/2 cup of @rxsugar alullose
* 1/3 cup of low carb white chocolate chips
* 1/4 cup of low carb chocolate chips (used @letsbakebelieve)
Method
* Preheat the oven at 350F.
* Blend all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips.
* Incorporate some of the chocolate chips using a spoon and then transfer to a silicone baking dish.
* Add the rest of the chocolate chips.
* Bake for 35-40 minutes, let it cool, cut into 8 pieces and enjoy!
