The healthier version of Almond Joy candy in a gluten-free, high-protein and low carb version… these are PERFECT!👌🏼

Ingredients (serves 6 large bars)
Chocolate Layer
* 2 tbsp of @simplydelishnatural Keto & Vegan Chocolate Pudding Mix (PURELYHL for discount)
* 1/4 cup of ground flaxseed
* 1 cup of almond flour
* 1/3 cup of @rxsugar alullose
* 3/4 cup of water
Vanilla Layer
* 1 cup of greek yogurt
* 1 tsp of vanilla extract
* 4 tbsp of alullose
Toppings
* 3 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut
* 3 tbsp of chopped almonds
Method
* Mix all the dry ingredients of the base very well and add the water.
* Pour into a silicone loaf dish.
* Mix the ingredients for the vanilla layer and top the chocolate layer with it.
* Add your toppings.
* Freeze overnight, cut into 6 pieces each loaf pan and enjoy!
