Calling all donut and oreo lovers with this incredible and easy high protein recipe! ♥️
Plus, KITCHEN HACK! Blend @rxsugar alullose to create your own sugar-free powdered sugar!👌🏼
Ingredients (serves 23 donut holes)
- 1/3 cup of @prozisusa Cookies & Cream Protein Pancake Mix
- 1/3 cup of organic vanilla whey protein
- 1 tsp of baking sods
- 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup of @rxsugar alullose
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 1/3 cup of water
- 3 @eatsundays crushed zero creme cookie sandwiches (keto oreos)
Glazing
- 1 cup of powdered @rxsugar alullose (blend regular alullose)
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
Instructions.
1. Preheat the oven at 350F.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the donut holes and pour the batter into 23 cake pop silicone molds (used @apronheroes )
3. Bake for 10 minutes.
4. Mix all the ingredients for the glaze and cover each donut hole in it. Top with crushed cookies.
5. Refrigerate for a couple of minutes and enjoy!
