Strawberry Shortcake Pie

4oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1 tbsp. Allulose @rxsugar
1 White Chocolate Strawberry @energy_pods
1/2 tub Tru whip @truwhip
4 Strawberries (diced)

1 Butter & Salt Keto Krisp @tastecando
1 tbsp. Almond Flour

1. Crumble your keto krisp bar and mix it with your almond flour. Press it into a mini spring form pan. Refrigerate.
2. Beat your cream cheese and sweetner until light and fluffy. Beat in your energy pod.
3. FOLD in your cool whip (tru whip) and strawberries.
4. Place on top of your crust. Slice a strawberry to decorate the top. Refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.
5. Slice & Enjoy! Store in the fridge!

I intended to make a no bake cheesecake, but it turned out tasting like the most perfect strawberry shortcake! It is absolutely delicious! I may or may not have eaten the entire thing🤣 I hope you try this! I'm definitely gonna try it with the chocolate, too!
