Raspberry Lemon “Cheesecake Oats”✨🫶🏼

Have you tried rice cakes.. but like oats? It’s so good and easy, this is what you need to make these!🍰

This is a low-sugar, high protein and gut friendly recipe!

* 4 thin rice cakes
* 3 packs of @rxsugar alullose — MARIA20 for discount
* 1 tsp of vanilla extract
* ¾ cup of hot unsweetened almond milk
* 1 scoop of vanilla @nuzest pea protein
* 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds
For Topping
* ½ cup of @kalonasupernatural_milk_dairy organic honey vanilla yogurt
* ¼ cup of raspberries
* 1 @larabar lemon pie bar

1. Crush the rice cakes and mix with monk fruit, vanilla and hot almond milk, chia seed, microwave for 1 minute until fluffy.
2. Top with yogurt, bars and raspberry, enjoy!
