Ingredients (serves 1)
- 2 cups of greek yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup of RxSugar Vanilla Keto Syrup
- 2 scoops of Vanilla Pea Protein
Toppings
- 1 keto sugar cookie
- 1 tbsp of dye-free sprinkles
- 1⁄4 cup of strawberries
- 1⁄4 cup of blueberries
Method
1. Mix the ingredients for the yogurt base and spread in a 8x8 silicone dish.
2. Add your chopped cookies and rest of the ingredients.
3. Freezer for a couple of hours and enjoy!
