Healthy Eats With Deedee Double Chocolate Protein Cookie

Ingredients
- Single serve double chocolate protein cookie
- 3 TBSP almond or oat flour
- 2 TBSP chocolate protein powder
- 1 1/2 TBSP cocoa powder
- 3 TBSP granulated sweetener RxSugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 TBSP light butter, softened
- 1/4 TSP vanilla extract
- 1/4 TSP baking powder
- Dash of salt
- 2 TBSP chocolate chips
Directions
Stir all ingredients together until a dough forms. Roll into a ball and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. I chopped up a piece of my chocolate bar and topped my cookie with that. Bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes.
Make sure your baking tray has enough room as the cookie will spread.
