Healthy Eats With Deedee Double Chocolate Protein Cookie

Single serve double chocolate protein cookie
3 TBSP almond or oat flour
2 TBSP chocolate protein powder 
1 1/2 TBSP cocoa powder
3 TBSP granulated sweetener RxSugar
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 TBSP light butter, softened
1/4 TSP vanilla extract
1/4 TSP baking powder
Dash of salt
2 TBSP chocolate chips 

Stir all ingredients together until a dough forms. Roll into a ball and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. I chopped up a piece of my chocolate bar and topped my cookie with that. Bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes. Make sure your baking tray has enough room as the cookie will spread.
