Purely Healthy Living Keto Carrot Waffles

Ingredients (serves 9)
* 1 cup of Perfect Pancake & Waffle Mix
* 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
* 1/4 cup of alullose
* 4 eggs
* 1 cup of shredded carrots
* 3 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut
* Greek yogurt
* Carrots
* Keto Cinnamon Syrup (usedrxsugar)
1. Preheat the your waffle maker.
2. Mix the dry ingredients for the waffles in a bowl.
3. Add the eggs and carrots, mix again.
4. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the waffle maker and cook for 4-5 minutes.
5. Let them cool down.
6. In a little bowl mix the greek yogurt, alullose, vanilla and sprinkles.
7. Top two of the waffles with the greek yogurt shredded carrots and keto cinnamon Syrup Rx Sugar.
8. Freeze or enjoy at the moment.
