Ingredients

5 cups of Magic Spoon Cinnamon Grain-Free Cereal

2 cups of blended cottage cheese

1/2 cup of RxSugar Caramel Syrup

3 tbsp of been gelatin or unflavored gelatin

1 cup of hot almond milk

2 chopped keto chocolate protein bars
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl until fully incorporated.
Add the chopped bars into a silicone or bundt cake mold.
Top with the cereal mix.
Refrigerate or freeze a few hours.
Remove the solid cereal bars and cut into 6-8 pieces and enjoy!
