* 5 cups of Magic Spoon Cinnamon Grain-Free Cereal
* 2 cups of blended cottage cheese
* 1/2 cup of RxSugar Caramel Syrup
* 3 tbsp of been gelatin or unflavored gelatin
* 1 cup of hot almond milk
* 2 chopped keto chocolate protein bars
1. Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl until fully incorporated.
2. Add the chopped bars into a silicone or bundt cake mold.
3. Top with the cereal mix.
4. Refrigerate or freeze a few hours.
5. Remove the solid cereal bars and cut into 6-8 pieces and enjoy!
