No Bake Banana Pudding Cheesecakes

Ingredients:
8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1/4 cup Vanilla Yogurt @ratiofood
2 Tbsp. Sugar-Free Banana Pudding @jello
1/2 cup Milk @rebelcreamery
1 Tbsp. Allulose @rxsugar

For the crust:
2 Dark Chocolate Pretzel MunkPack bars @munkpack
2 tbsp. Salted Butter (melted)
1/3 cup Almond Flour

Topping:
Vanilla Wafers @highkeysnacks

Directions:
1. Make your crust first by pulsing your munkpack bars into a fine crumb.
2. Add in your melted butter and almond flour and stir until combined.
3. Press your crust into silicone molds or parchment lined pan. Refrigerate. Mine made 5 muffin sized crusts.
4. Make your cheesecake. Mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer. Blend until smooth and creamy.
5. Evenly distribute your cheesecake. Mine made 6 cheesecakes (1 without a crust).
6. Refrigerate overnight or until set.
7. Top with a vanilla wafer and enjoy!
