Ingredients
- 8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Yogurt @ratiofood
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar-Free Banana Pudding @jello
- 1/2 cup Milk @rebelcreamery
- 1 Tbsp. Allulose @rxsugar
- 2 Dark Chocolate Pretzel MunkPack bars @munkpack
- 2 tbsp. Salted Butter (melted)
- 1/3 cup Almond Flour

For the crust:

Directions
Make your crust first by pulsing your munkpack bars into a fine crumb.
Add in your melted butter and almond flour and stir until combined.
Press your crust into silicone molds or parchment lined pan. Refrigerate. Mine made 5 muffin sized crusts.
Make your cheesecake. Mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Evenly distribute your cheesecake. Mine made 6 cheesecakes (1 without a crust).
Refrigerate overnight or until set.
Top with a vanilla wafer and enjoy!
