S’mores French Toast Casserole ✨🍫

Ingredients
* 3 pieces of @eatroyo Low Carb Challah Buns
* 1/2 cup of egg whites
* 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
* 1 tsp of vanilla extract
* 1 scoop of Nuzest Pea Protein in Vanilla
* 1/2 cup of @rxsugar alullose
* 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Toppings
* 1 cup of sugar-free marshmallows (used Choc Zero)
* 2 tbsp of sugar-free chocolate chips
* 3 tbsp of RxSugar Chocolate Syrup
* 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries

Method
1. Preheat the oven at 350F.
2. Mix all the unsweetened almond milk, egg whites, alullose, protein, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
3. Cut the bread into cubes.
4. Add the bread to the mix and let it soak, transfer to a baking dish.
5. Bake for 25 minutes.
6. Add the toppings. Roast the marshmallows with a kitchen torch or in the oven.
7. Enjoy!
