Cranberry-Pecan Relish by Chef Aram Haroutunian

  • 3 cups Fresh Cranberries
  • 2 ½ cups RxSugar-Organic Allouse Syrup
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 2 TBL Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ t Allspice
  • ½ t Cinnamon
  • 1 ea Orange Zested

Yield: 8 (½ cup servings)

  1. In a med sized saucepan place cranberries, Syrup, Vinegar, and Spices and bring to a boil.
  2. Once boiling turn stove heat down to med and simmer for 10 mins. Stirring occasionally.
  3. Pull and set stand for 20 mins.
  4. Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate.
Chef’s Note:
Relish can be made serval days in advance and used. This is a great sugar free option to a Thanksgiving classic.
