No. 1 : PROTEIN CEREAL SQUARES
1.5 c Lucky Charms cereal
30 g Van. Protein Powder
1/4 c RxSugar Maple Syrup
2 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
1/4 c Cashew butter, gooey
Chocolate, melted
Directions
In a medium bowl mix together protein powder and cereal.
In a small bowl combine syrup, melted oil and cashew butter (make sure it is very gooey- you may need to melt down a bit).
Stir liquid mixture into medium bowl until everything is well mixed.
Pour mixture into lightly sprayed loaf pan.
Use the back of a spatula to pack down.
Place in freezer for 15 min.
Take out and cut into four bars.
Dip each into melted chocolate and place on wax paper.
Put back in freezer for 15 min.
Once chocolate is hard, cut each bar into cereal squares (four per bar).
No. 2 LUCKY CHARMS BARK:
1.5 c Pretzels
2 c White Chocolate, melted
3/4 c Lucky Charms cereal
Green Sprinkles
Spread pretzel over bottom of a lined 8x8 pan, pour cereal on top.
Pour white chocolate over the pan as an even layer.
Top with sprinkles and chill until set.
Break into bark pieces and enjoy!
No. 3 MARSHMALLOW TREATS:
3 c Lucky Charms cereal
1/2 c Peanut butter, gooey or warmed
1/2 c Marshmallow fluff
60g Van. protein powder
1.5 c Chocolate, melted
Whisk together cereal and protein powder.
Add in the peanut butter and fluff.
Thoroughly stir until well combined then pour into a lined 8×8 baking pan, press down firmly. Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal and place in the fridge to let set for 15-20 min. Cut into squares and enjoy!
No. 4 LEPRECHAUN SNACK MIX
