DIRECTIONS
- Place butter or butter substitute in microwave until melted about 11 seconds. . Add remaining ingredients except whipped cream and stir until fully combined.
- Cook for 45 - 1 minute. Don’t worry if it’s a bit soft in the minute. The eggs are cooked. The cake should be fudge delicious.
- Top with whipped cream and Enjoy with your favorite low FODMAP lactose free milk.
