Low Carb Keto Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients
2 cups Blanched Almond Flour
6 tbsp Cocoa powder
½ tbsp Gluten-free baking powder
¼ tsp Sea salt
1/3 cup Butter (softened)
½ cup RxSugar® Organic Liquid Sugar (to taste)
3 large eggs
½ cup unsweetened Almond milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Line 10 cups in a muffin tin
  3. Use hand mixer to beat butter and RxSugar® Organic Liquid Sugar
  4. Beat in almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder
  5. and sea salt
  6. Beat in eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract
  7. Bake for 20 – 25 mins
  8. Allow muffins to cool and then apply frosting
