Kate Higdon Low Carb Pumpkin Cheesecake Chaffle

Chaffle Ingredients:

1 egg

½ cup mozzarella cheese

1 ½ tbsp pumpkin purree

1 tbsp almond flour

1 tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp cream cheese

2 tsp HWC

½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp vanilla

1 tsp RxSugar maple syrup

Frosting Ingredients:

2 tbsp cream cheese

1 tbsp powdered sweetener

¼ tsp vanilla
