Josies WW Journey Homemade Maple Granola

Homemade granola
📌1 cup of oats
Nuts I used but you can add anything you want like cranberries, goji berries, raisins etc…
📌1/8 cup of pecans
📌1/8 cup of pumpkin seeds
📌1/8 cup of slivered almonds
📌1tbs of coconut flakes
📌1/8 cup coconut oil
📌1 tsp cinnamon
📌1/2 tsp vanilla extract
📌pinch of salt
📌1/4 cup of sf organic hazelnut syrup RxSugar or any sweetener you like.
📌3TBS honey substitute

Preheat oven
I used my Breville oven
400 degrees
Mix all the ingredients and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place granola ingredients even flat.
Bake 7 minutes then stir and flattened it and leave it for another 5 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes. Then break it into chunks. Last up to two weeks. My Breville cooked it faster this time. But I did cut the recipe in half. I modified my recipe to make it sugar free.
