Health With Jasmine Asian Wings ft. RxSugar

You’ll need:

Wings (seasonings: sea salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, ground ginger, buffalo seasoning, chili powder)
Olive Oil
Liquid Aminos
Liquid Sweetener (I usedrxsugar maple syrup)
Buffalo Sauce
Freshly Minced Garlic
Parsley
Chili Flakes
Pepper

First start out by preheating your air fryer to 400 degrees for about 5 mins. Then season your chicken with sea salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, ground ginger, buffalo seasoning, and chili powder. Drizzle olive oil over wings and toss.

Add to air fryer. Cook at 400 degrees for 10mins then flip and cook an additional 10mins. Flip again and cook for 5 mins or until you reach your desired level of crisp.

While the wings are cooking start working on the sauce. In a bowl add 2 tablespoons of liquid aminos, 2 tablespoons ofrxsugar maple syrup, & 2 tablespoons Buffalo sauce. Add about 2-3 cloves worth of minced garlic. 1 teaspoon of parsley, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes. Mix until well combined.

Once wings are done pour sauce all over and shake to coat evenly. ENJOY
