Jess Doin Keto Chicken Waffle Thighs

4lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1c Whites
150g pork panko
1/4c Buttery Coconut oil
1/2c Franks Wing Sauce
RxSugar Maple Syrup

Dip thighs in whites and then pork panko, spray with avocado oil, and air fry 400 till crispy
Melt buffalo sauce and buttery coconut oil in a pot
Toss crispy thighs in mixture
Drizzle with RxSugar maple syrup
