Low FODMAP Hot Chocolate


2 ½ cups almond milk
2 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp RxSugar® Organic Liquid Sugar (to taste)
(RxSugar® is Officially FODMAP Friendly Certified)
¼ tsp cinnamon (to taste)
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp instant coffee
2 tbsp chocolate (extra dark to avoid sugar)



  1. Whisk until hot
  2. Do not bring to boil so milk does not burn
  3. Suggested toppings:
  4. Whipped cream, Chocolate, Cinnamon, Crushed peppermint
  5. 2 -3 Servings
