


Recipe-
2 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 sticks softened butter
3/4 C packed brown sugar
1/2 C sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips or more
Directions- combine the butter sugars and eggs. Mix until creamy. Add the salt, soda, vanilla. Once combined mix in the flour. Beat for 2 min. Then add in your desired amount of chocolate chips. Bake at 325 for 10min. Once out of oven sprinkle with course sea salt. Add crushed Reese candy & marshmallows. Toast the top of the cookie.
For Type 1 Diabetes for this recipe I did kamut flour. Instead of white sugar I used RxSugar!
