Cappucin”OREO” Panna Cotta 🍫🍪☕️
Okay, hard to pass a sweet HEALTHY snack that involves sugar-free “oreos” and coffee!
This recipe is also good for your gut since we’ll be using Organic Kefir and beef gelatin!🫶🏼
Ingredients (serves 1)
* 1/4 cup of water
* 1 tbsp of beef gelatin or grenetine
* 1 cup of Kalona Super Natural Organic Kefir
* 1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk
* 1/4 cup of @rxsugar Alullose — MARIA20 for discount
* 1 tsp of vanilla extract
* 2 tbsp of instant coffee
* 1 crushed sugar free creme cookie (used Eat Sundays)
Toppings
* 2 tbsp of sugar free chocolate syrup
* 1 tsp of sugar free chocolate chips
* 1 crushed sugar free creme cookie
Method
1. Dissolve the beef gelatin in the water for a few minutes.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients and once the beef gelatin has dissolved add it to the mix.
3. Pour into a glass and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
4. Add your toppings and enjoy!
