one week until i enter what i’m proclaiming as my adult golden birthday…

because age three doesn’t actually count right?


vegan friendly | gluten free | high protein

1.5 cup gf flour
60g protein powder
1 tsp baking soda
1.5 ripe banana
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup RxSugar maple syrup
2-3 tbsp @lifeway oat
1 tsp vanilla extract

preheat oven to 350F
in a medium mixing bowl, stir together protein powder, flour, and baking soda. 
mix in mashed banana, maple syrup, almond butter and extract.
mix until well combined and then fold in the sprinkles.
pour dough into lined pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.

allow to cool before slicing!
