White Chocolate Churro Banana Custard Bars 🍌🍮
These are PURE HEAVEN, I don’t need to say more about these beauties but also that these are gluten-free, lower in sugar… and perfect!!🤤🫶🏼
Ingredients

2/3 cup of coconut flour
-
1/4 of @rxsugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)

1/2 cup of egg whites

1/2 cup of water
-
1 tsp of vanilla extract

1 tbsp of cinnamon
-
1 banana
-
1/2 cup of organic whipping cream (used @kalonasupernatural_milk_dairy )

1 whole egg
-
1/2 cup of @rxsugar alullose
-
1/4 cup of @rxsugar keto caramel syrup
-
1 tsp of vanilla extract
-
1/3 cup of Prozis cookie whey protein
-
1 tsp of Prozis pastel de nata drops
-
1/4 cup of chopped white chocolate
Base
Filling
Directions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the ingredients for the base and place the dough into 4 silicone muffin molds.
Bake for 8 minutes and let it cool.
Blend all the ingredients for the filling.
Pour the base and top with chocolate.
Bake again for 26 minutes.
Let it cool down and enjoy!
