The Keto Dealer Fudgy Avocado Brownies

In the blender combine:

3 eggs
1/3 c granular sweetener (I used allulose)
1/3 c sugar free chocolate syrup (I used RxSugar )
1/2 c cocoa powder
2 small haas avocados
1/4 c softened butter, coconut oil or ghee
1/4 c no sugar added almond butter
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp instant coffee or espresso (optional but recommended, it gives a beautiful depth of flavor and brings out the chocolate flavor as well)

Blend til smooth, spread into a parchment-lined baking dish (or molds) and top with sugar free chocolate chips. Bake at 350° about 20 to 25 minutes until just set but do not overbake, they will set up more as they cool.
