Purely Healthy Living Maple Cookie Cake

Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1/3 cup of vanilla pea protein
- 1/8 tsp of baking soda
- 3-5 packs of RxSugar alullose
- 1 tbsp of RxSugar pancake syrup
- 1/3 cup of egg whites
- 3 ketovanilla cookie sandwiches
- Dye-free sprinkles
Toppings
- 1/3 cup of greek yogurt
- 2 keto vanilla cookie sandwiches
- Dye-free sprinkles
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven at 350F.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the cake.
3. Pour into a small baking dish and bake for 18 minutes.
4. Once baked and cooled add your toppings… enjoy!
