Purely Healthy Living Caramel Cinnamon Raisin Bagel French Toast

Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1cinnamon raisin bagel
- 1/4 cup of egg whites
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup of RxSugar keto certified caramel syrup
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup of sugar-free strawberry greek yogurt
1. Mix the egg whites, keto caramel syrup, almond milk and vanilla extract in a bowl.
2. Slice the bagel in half and soak it into the egg white mix.
3. Cook in a non-stick or skillet greased with coconut oil for 4 minutes each side (approximately).
4. Top with sliced bananas and strawberry greek yogurt.
5. Enjoy!
