1 cinnamon raisin bagel

1/4 cup of egg whites

1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup of RxSugar keto certified caramel syrup

1 tsp of vanilla extract

1 banana
-
1/4 cup of sugar-free strawberry greek yogurt
Directions
Mix the egg whites, keto caramel syrup, almond milk and vanilla extract in a bowl.
Slice the bagel in half and soak it into the egg white mix.
Cook in a non-stick or skillet greased with coconut oil for 4 minutes each side (approximately).
Top with sliced bananas and strawberry greek yogurt.
