This is a 20 oz cup.
3 shots of espresso
8 oz of skim milk
3 oz of RxSugar Organic Liquid Sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons of ghee
First brew the 3 shots of espresso and pour over a glass full of ice to cool it off.
Next mix the liquid sugar and ghee together. If it doesn’t well easily, then place in the microwave for a few seconds and mix again. Once it’s mixed, pour into glass.
Finally, pour the 8 oz of skim milk and give it a light stir.
