Iced Baklava Latte

Ingredients
- 3 shots of espresso
- 8 oz of skim milk

3 oz of RxSugar Organic Liquid Sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of ghee
Directions
- First brew the 3 shots of espresso and pour over a glass full of ice to cool it off.
- Next mix the liquid sugar and ghee together. If it doesn’t well easily, then place in the microwave for a few seconds and mix again. Once it’s mixed, pour into glass.
- Finally, pour the 8 oz of skim milk and give it a light stir.
