Healthy Eats With Deedee 2 Minute Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients
- Chocolate protein mug cake
- 1 Scoop Chocolate protein powder
- 2 TBSP Oat or Almond flour
- 1/3 C Almond milk
- 2 TBSP Cocoa powder
- 1/2 TSP Baking powder
- 1/2 TSP Vanilla extract
- 1 TBSP Chocolate chips
Directions
Stir all ingredients together until combined. Grease a ramekin or mug, make sure you are using a large mug to give the cake plenty of room to rise. Pour in batter and microwave about 1 1/2 minutes. Top with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, or even ice cream. I topped mine with whipped cream & RxSugar chocolate syrup. Perfect little treat that’s easy to make when you get that craving.
