Cookie Butter Cheesecake

For the Crust:
2 Butter & Salt Keto Krisp @ketokrisp @tastecando (use code ketowizzard)
1tbsp Cookie Butter @choczero

No Bake Cheesecake:
8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2cup Cookie Butter @choczero
1/2cup Allulose @rxsugar
3/4cup Heavy Cream

Topping:
1/8th cup Cookie Butter
Whip Cream

Directions:
1. Break apart your keto krisp. Add your cookie butter and mix with a fork. Put in a parchment lined spring form pan. Press down evenly.
2. Blend together cream cheese, cookie butter, and Allulose until light and fluffy.
3. Add your heavy cream and beat until stiff.
4. Put your cheesecake over the crust spread evenly.
5. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight
6. Microwave your cookie butter for about 30 seconds. Drizzle over set Cheesecake. Top with whip cream & enjoy!

Yall this was SO BOMB! I bought this cookie butter from @choczero specifically for this cheesecake and boy was it worth it! 1 jar will make about 2 of these cheesecakes! Enjoy!
