Another attempt at chocolate 🍫 cover banana 🍌 protein mini pancakes 🥞
Ingredients:
1/2 c old fashioned oats from @quaker
1 scoop chocolate protein powder from @hammernutrition
1 medium banana, cut into slices
1 Tbsp maple syrup from @rxsugar
4 breakfast sausage links from @fieldroast
Directions:
1. Grind oatmeal in magic bullet until it is a powder
2. Add protein powder and water, add water gradually to get the proper consistency
3. Heat cook plate to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
4. Dip banana slices in batter mixture and arrange on cook top, flipping halfway through to cook both sides
5. When banana pancakes are cooking out breakfast sausage links in the air fryer at 375 for 5-7 minutes
6. Plate and top with any left over banana and sugar free maple syrup
