Chocolate Chip & Almond Butter Edible Cookie Dough Recipe


  • 1 1/2 cups Almond flour 
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup ghee or European butter
  • 1 teaspoon RxSugar Vanilla Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter 
  • 1 cup of RxSugar Crystal Sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar free chocolate chips 


Mix all ingredients in a bowl and store in refrigerator until the ghee or butter solidifies. 

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. 

Can be frozen for a month in an airtight container.
