Chelsea Chiang Chocolate Avocado Ice Cream

2 avocados
250ml vegan milk
3tbsp maple syrup or honey
30g chocolate protein powder
1tbsp cacao powder(optional)
Dark chocolate chopped

1.Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and all of the ingredients are combined.
2.Pour the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container, add some chopped dark chocolate and mix well.
3.Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and place in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hour.
4.When ready to enjoy, use an ice cream scoop and serve in a bowl or ice cream cone. Enjoy!
