Chelsea Chiang Chocolate Avocado Ice Cream

Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 2 avocados
- 250ml vegan milk
- 3tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 30g chocolate protein powder
- 1tbsp cacao powder(optional)
- Dark chocolate chopped
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and all of the ingredients are combined.
Pour the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container, add some chopped dark chocolate and mix well.
Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and place in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hour.
When ready to enjoy, use an ice cream scoop and serve in a bowl or ice cream cone. Enjoy!
