Buñuelo Cheesecake Cookie Dough Truffles ✨🍫

Ingredients
* 1 cup of @prozisusa Chocolate Chip Plant-Based #chocolatechip protein
* 1 block (190g) of vegan cream cheese room temperature
* 1 bag of @sietefoods Buñuelo Cinnamon Crisps
* 1/3 cup of @rxsugar granulated alullose
Method
* In your food processor or blender crush the whole bag of buñuelos.
* Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until fully incorporated.
* Create little truffles using a cookie scooper or your hands.
* Let them cool down, roll in cinnamon and enjoy!
