This is a healthier,#glutenfree and#lowcarb dessert or snack option to enjoy this#fallseason! This recipe is also high on protein so it’s a great post workout!
Ingredients

1 cup of greek yogurt
-
1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce
-
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
-
3 tbsp of @rxsugar #ketocertified cinnamon syrup

8 vanilla @catalinacrunch cookie sandwiches

1/4 sliced apple
Directions
Mix the greek yogurt, applesauce, cinnamon and syrup in a bowl.
In a small bowl place 4 cookies and add a layer of the greek yogurt mix.
Add another layer of cookies topped with greek yogurt and finally add the sliced apples.
Refrigerate for 2 hours and enjoy!
