Apple Cinnamon Golden Oreo Pie by @Purely_Healthy_Living on Instagram

This is a healthier, #glutenfree and #lowcarb dessert or snack option to enjoy this #fallseason! This recipe is also high on protein so it’s a great post workout!

Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 cup of greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 3 tbsp of @rxsugar #ketocertified cinnamon syrup
- 8 vanilla @catalinacrunch cookie sandwiches
- 1/4 sliced apple
1. Mix the greek yogurt, applesauce, cinnamon and syrup in a bowl.
2. In a small bowl place 4 cookies and add a layer of the greek yogurt mix.
3. Add another layer of cookies topped with greek yogurt and finally add the sliced apples.
4. Refrigerate for 2 hours and enjoy!
