Party ain’t over yet… time to break out those brown bananas.
TRULY embracing my baking era this year with actually turning my oven on. 1000% worth it when it comes to high protein COOKES N CREAM BANANA BREAD.

Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 eggs, regular or flax
- ¼ c RxSugar maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2.5 c almond flour
- 1/2 c @designerprotein cookies n cream protein powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- ½ c dairy free dark chocolate chips

Gluten free oreo cookies (topping)

Coconut oil (glaze)

Sugar free powdered sugar (glaze)
Directions
- Preheat over to 350F.
- Mix together all wet ingredients.
- Whisk together all dry ingredients except the oreos.
- Pour wet mix into dry mix.
- Combine well and pour into a lined bread pan.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the toothpick test is clean.
- Top with a mix of melted coconut oil + sugar free powdered sugar as a glaze.
- Add on crushed oreos.
- Allow to cool before cutting!
